- We do not accept Medi-care or Medi-Cal.
- We do not accept private pay at this time.
- The total cost of being seen at The C.U.B.E. is best estimated by your insurance company. We recommend contacting your insurance provider at the number provided on the back of your insurance card.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment inside a 48 hour window, there is a $100 cancellation fee if we are not able to fill your appointment spot.
Identity verification is managed through ID.Me
In order to accept insurance, we will require photo ID and proof of insurance
How using your insurance might work:
Copay: A flat fee
Take a look at your insurance card. A copay is usually listed that must be paid for each visit. Mental health providers (psychiatrists, therapists) are usually regarded as specialists.
Coinsurance: Percentage
There is no flat fee. You pay a percentage of the cost of your visit.
Deductible:Threshold
No flat fee. No percentage. This time, you pay until you reach a certain threshold that was determined by your insurance company. If your insurance company set a $200.00 deductible, you are expected to pay the first $200.00 and your insurance company will pay the rest of your charges for the year.
